Southwest General Health Center provides free van transportation for residents in Southwest General’s taxing district who are unable to provide their own transportation to doctor appointments, tests, and other clinical services at Southwest General. St. John Medical Center provides transportation for procedures not requiring anesthetic, and prescribed therapy. They require 24 hours advance notice and provide service to St. John Medical Center, Westlake Family Health Rehab, and North Ridgeville Lab and X-ray. Call 216-275-1252.
