Town Hall is newly renovated and is available to rent for your next intimate gathering.
Olmsted Township’s Town Hall has been newly renovated and can accommodate your next get-together with up to 30 guests. This room is a comfortable space for the smaller-sized gathering, such as a shower, birthday party, or business meeting.
The facility is available to Township residents for a rate of $25/hour and non-residents for $50/hour. There is a 2-hour rental minimum.
Rental fee includes:
- Keyless entry to our ADA compliant event facility.
- Use of tables and chairs . We have 5 – 5′ round tables, 2 – 6′ rectangular tables, 2 – 8′ rectangular tables and 30 chairs available for use. Renters provide their own table coverings, centerpieces, food/beverages/catering, and ice.
- A kitchen prep area equipped with a refrigerator/freezer
- Access to a 51″ television that can be easily connected to a laptop to mirror your display.
Town Hall is located at 26900 Cook Road in Olmsted Township, at the corners of Cook and Fitch Road. An application and deposit must be received in order to secure an available date. Applications and payments can be mailed/dropped off to our Administrative Offices at 7900 Fitch Road or emailed to jboyer@olmstedtownship.org.
