- Bicycle Registration

- Prescription Drop -Off - Outdated or unused medication can be dropped in a secure box in our lobby.
- Internet Exchange - Camera-aided area to exchange items purchased online.
- Residential Security Assessment - By appointment.
- Bike Patrol - Weather permitting, officers patrol neighborhoods on bicycles.
- Community Engagement Initiative - Opportunity to strength the community/safety forces bond.
- School Resource Officers - Officers provided to Olmsted Falls Schools to ensure safety of students, staff and visitors to the buildings.
- Safe Passages - Initiative that facilitates individuals struggling with addiction to enter a treatment facility.

Department of Public Service
- Branch Chipping - Last Monday of the month, April through October.
- Community Shred Dates - Twice a year, Spring and Fall
- Leaf Collection - See our website for start date and schedule.
- Stormwater/Sanitary Issues - For basement flooding or flooding in the street, access www.olmstedtownship.org/service or call (440)235-1011.
- Snow & Ice Service - County and Township Roads and Streets
- Master Plan for Road Maintenance/Repair - Assures safety drivability on Township and County roads. To report a pothole or obstruction in the roadway, call (440)235-1011.
- Bulk Drop-Off - 1st Saturday of the month, April through November, 8am-12noon, 7924 Fitch Road.
- Recycling Drop-Off - 1st Saturday of the month, 8am-12noon; 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month, 7am-2pm, Household Hazardous Waste, computers, scrap tires, 7924 Fitch Road.

- Meals on Wheels - Call (440)871-2551 to receive services or volunteer.
- Western Reserve Area on Aging (WRAA) - (216)621-0303, www.areaagingsolutions.org. Information source on Senior health and other concerns, such as finding a doctor, wellness programs, Medicare issues, housing assistance, nutrition concerns, etc.
- Ready/Notify (Code RED) - Township/Cuyahoga County emergency notification system.

Fire Department
- Smoke Alarms/Batteries - In partnership with the American Red Cross, we provide smoke alarms with installation for residents. We also provide free 9V batteries for smoke alarms. Remember to change them twice a year!
- Child Car Seat Installation - By appointment.
- Resident Lock Box Installation - Allows first responders to enter your home in the event of an emergency.
- File of Life - Kit with medical information inside so first responders can act quickly to provide assistance in an emergency.
- U.S. Flag Collection Box - Flags can be placed in the drop box outside the Station. They will be destroyed appropriately.
- Life Safety Inspection - We provide an annual inspection to all our schools and business in the Township.
- Fire Station Tours - By appointment. .
- CPR and AED Training - Free for residents. Call for class information.

Building Department
The Building Department is here to assist residents and property owners and to ensure property values are maintained. Email building@olmstedtownship.org or call (440) 235-4225 to ask questions, request information or express a concern.We work with members of the Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals to reflect the vision and values of the Community.The Township Building Department inspects new construction and home renovation projects. We ensure all construction and modifications meet design standards, applicable codes and approved plans.
